Welcome to the GriefBites Grief2Growth Foundation. These General Conditions of Partnership and Use govern your engagement with our digital platform, resources, and community. Because GriefBites is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry rather than a commercial enterprise, we view our relationship with you not as a business transaction, but as a partnership in stewardship, healing, and pastoral care. By accessing our resources, participating in our support groups, or utilizing the RESTORE curriculum, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Nature of Our Support and Medical Disclaimer

The resources provided by the GriefBites Grief2Growth Foundation are designed to offer spiritual care, bereavement education, and pastoral support. While our leadership holds advanced credentials in ministry and grief support (including D.Min. and CGP designations), our programs do not constitute licensed clinical, medical, or psychiatric therapy. Our curriculum, including the RESTORE method, is intended to facilitate post-traumatic growth and provide a faith-grounded framework for navigating loss. If you are experiencing acute mental health crises, we strongly advise you to seek the care of a licensed local mental health professional or medical provider.

2. Age Requirements and Minors

Because navigating grief requires a certain level of emotional maturity, our online support groups, seminars, and B2B coaching tracks are strictly reserved for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. While we do offer resources designed for younger individuals (such as the My Grief Story workbook), these materials must be requested, purchased, and administered by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from or market directly to minors.

3. Financial Stewardship and Monthly Partnerships

To sustain our global outreach and provide specialized resources, we offer various avenues of engagement, including Monthly Partnerships, Guest Access passes, digital curriculum access, and B2B pastoral coaching.

* Monthly Partnerships: Recurring financial support is framed as a Monthly Partnership rather than a subscription. These funds directly empower the Foundation’s mission to reach the grieving worldwide.

* Guest Access: Our nominal Guest Access fee serves as a necessary protective boundary. It is intentionally designed to ensure the security, privacy, and integrity of our online support groups, protecting vulnerable participants from automated spam or individuals lacking genuine intent.

* All financial contributions, resource access fees, and partnership commitments are processed securely through our platform via third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal), which handle your financial data with industry-standard encryption.

4. Cancellations and Financial Grace

We respect your autonomy and your financial stewardship. If you have committed to a Monthly Partnership, you maintain full control over your giving. You may modify or cancel your Monthly Partnership at any time directly through your account dashboard on this platform.

Because our digital resources (such as PDF guides, course modules, and webinars) are delivered immediately upon access, contributions for these specific resources are generally non-refundable. However, as a ministry, we operate with a spirit of grace. If you experience an unintended billing error or a significant extenuating circumstance, please contact us directly so we can resolve the matter with fairness and compassion. Fees for high-ticket coaching tracks (such as the Psalm 23 Companion) or B2B seminars are governed by the specific agreements provided at the time of booking.

5. Physical Resource Shipping

If you request a physical resource (such as a printed book or workbook), it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct. The Foundation is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses, but if a package goes missing in transit, please reach out to us at Bobby@Griefbites.org with grace, and we will do our best to help ensure the resource reaches your hands.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Stewardship

The materials provided on this platform—including the RESTORE curriculum, PDF resources, video seminars, diagnostic assessments, and all original writings—are the intellectual property of the GriefBites Grief2Growth Foundation. We have invested decades of hospice experience, pastoral care, and research into creating these tools. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own healing and education. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose our proprietary frameworks or digital content for external commercial or organizational use without explicit written permission from our leadership.

7. Community Code of Conduct and Confidentiality

Grief requires a secure, deeply respectful environment. By participating in our online support groups, webinars, or community spaces, you agree to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the identities and stories of other participants. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, solicitation, or any behavior that violates the safety of our grieving community. The Foundation reserves the right to revoke platform access and cancel the partnership of anyone who compromises this protective boundary.

8. Ministry Communications and Data

When you partner with us, request a resource, or join our community, you agree to receive email communications, devotionals, and updates regarding the GriefBites ministry. We treat your inbox with respect and will never sell or rent your information to third parties. You maintain full control over your communication preferences and can easily unsubscribe from our updates at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email.

9. Limitation of Liability

The GriefBites Grief2Growth Foundation, its founders, board members, and staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our digital platform, participation in our programs, or application of our educational materials. You engage with our resources voluntarily and assume personal responsibility for your healing journey.
